We use only the best grout stripper and spray the entire floor. We then use a buffer to clean the floor or wall tiles. The grout between all the tiles is scrubbed by hand and if needed, we apply an acid-based cleaner on the grout as well. Grout is a keeper of all dirt, gunk and stains. We use a patented truck-mounted steam extractor to remove dirt and soap. We then let the tile dry for a day and then seal it with an oil-based sealant. If we are unable to remove the grout stains well enough, we can re-color the grout to any color you choose.
